United Women in Faith

The UWF offers all Methodist women opportunities for spiritual growth, leadership development, transformative education, and service and advocacy.

  • Afternoon Circle - This group meets on the second Monday of the month at 1:30pm (with the exception of June, July, and August) for study, spiritual growth, and fellowship. Meetings take place at the church. Contact the office for more information.

Outreach Committee

This committee serves the church and the surrounding community through outreach events. The following programs and events are just some examples that our dedicated team members oversee. They host the annual Fish Fry every Friday night during Lent, community Easter Egg Hunty, community Bike Blessing, community Pet Blessing, community Trunk or Treat, community Turkey Dinner, and Family Game Nights. They also send care packages for college students, provide meals for families in need, hand out freebies at the Minooka Summer Fest, visit the homebound, send greeting cards, and pass out church information at the Minooka Village Christmas event.

Please visit the Missions and Ministries page for more details on some of these events. Contact us if you would like to get involved!
