Sunday Morning Children’s Programming

All children and students ages PreK-High School are invited to attend our Sunday School program. We meet at 10:15 a.m. each Sunday. PreK-5th graders participate in the Deep Blue Kids Methodist curriculum which includes music, lesson, memory verse time, arts/crafts or science and a trip to the MUMC Resource Center to choose a book to check out. Youth have their own class time. Please register your child HERE to join in all the fun.

VBS

2018 Hero Central VBS was a great success with approximately 80 community children ages Pre-K-5th grade hearing about our favorite superhero…Jesus! All of our little’s were superhero’s when they raised over $1,000 for our pj/book mission project for Daybreak Shelter in Joliet! Wow! What an effort! The children partake in music, crafts, Bible stories, science, recreation and get a snack too! Registration for 2019 VBS will begin May 1st 2019. You won’t want to miss it!

Soccer Sunday

2018 Soccer Sunday program was a great success. Many families and children were prayed on and taught simple soccer skills in a low-pressure environment. This has become a very popular community program in the Channahon/Minooka area. It is a 5-week program (depending on weather). Hope to see you next year!

The price is $25 for 5 Soccer Sundays; April 7, 14, 28 and May 5 and 19.

Registration starts Feb. 5th and run until April 1st.

Payment by PayPal is encouraged, also checks can be mailed and cash can be dropped at the church office (Mon-Fri, 8:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.

Reversible jersey is available for $25 for new player.
