  Sunday Morning Children’s Programming

All children and students ages PreK-High School are invited to attend our Sunday School program.  We meet at 10:15 a.m. each Sunday.  PreK-5th graders participate in the Deep Blue Kids Methodist curriculum which includes music, lesson, memory verse time, arts/crafts or science and a trip to the MUMC Resource Center to choose a book to check out.  Youth have their own class time.  Please register your child HERE to join in all the fun.

 VBS

2019 Rolling River Rampage hosted approximately 50 community children ages Pre-K through 5th grade that took a “ride of a lifetime with God”.  All of our “rafters” learned how adventure, acceptance, joy, rest and peace are all important aspects of their daily and spiritual lives. The “guides” took our children through different stations consisting of crafts, science, recreation, music, and Bible stories.

“Rafters” were also challenged with a mission project.  This year we collected books for our VBS mission project. These books were donated to the Will County Health Department’s “Reach Out and Read” program. An impressive total of  483 books was collected. Praise God! We hope your children will join us for a new adventure next year!

Soccer Sunday

2019 Soccer Sunday program was a great success.  Many families and children were prayed on and taught simple soccer skills in a low-pressure environment.  This has become a very popular community program in the Channahon/Minooka area.  It is a 5-week program (depending on weather) for children Pre-K through 5th Grade.  Hope to see you next year!
